UNIQ System Co., Ltd. handles personal information in a variety of ways in the performance of its information processing services. We recognize that personal information obtained from customers through our business activities and personal information of our employees (hereinafter referred to as "personal information") are extremely important information assets for us, and that it is our important social responsibility to ensure the protection of such information. Accordingly, in order to comply with laws and regulations related to the protection of personal information, national guidelines, and other standards, and to handle personal information accurately and faithfully, we will make every effort to protect the personal information of our customers, keeping the following items in mind.

The Company will faithfully handle personal information in compliance with laws and regulations related to personal information, guidelines and other standards established by the government (hereinafter referred to as "laws and regulations"), and the Personal Information Protection Management System. We will also strive to keep abreast of laws and regulations, and inform our employees (hereinafter referred to as "employees") and our business partners and comply with them.
3. We will take reasonable technical and organizational safety measures and preventive measures against the risk of leakage, loss, damage, etc. of personal information. In addition, the government will conduct periodic inspections to promptly correct any violations, incidents, or accidents found, and take preventive measures against weaknesses. We will thoroughly educate our employees and suppliers about safety.
4. Complaints and consultations concerning the handling of personal information and the personal information protection management system shall be handled appropriately and promptly upon receipt. In addition, we will establish and improve our systems and procedures to maintain a system that can respond appropriately at all times.
5. To ensure the proper use of personal information and the thorough protection of personal information, we will monitor and audit the status of compliance with internal rules, strive to discover violations, incidents, accidents, and weaknesses, and conduct management reviews. We will continuously review and improve our personal information protection management system by reflecting this in our management measures and internal rules. Improvements shall be made in accordance with laws and regulations and JISQ15001.
